Same day delivery: Please note that for same Day delivery to take place, the order must be put through before 3pm. Any order placed past this time will be delivered the next day as a priority delivery. An order placed under “same day delivery” for a suburb not in the participating list will be sent as an express delivery and will be processed by prime prep as a priority order. List of participating suburbs: Ryde, North Ryde, East Ryde, West Ryde, Meadowbank, Macquarie Park, Rhodes, Gladesville, Putney, Eastwood, Denistone, Denistone West and Denistone East.

Supporting local brands: Prime prep takes pride in strictly stocking brands that are Aussie owned, Aussie based and/or Aussie made. By supporting local we are doing our part in improving the community, by shopping with us you’re doing yours. 

Returns policies: If you are unhappy with an order and wish to send it back, prime prep will accept all returns of unopened products within 2 weeks of purchase at the buyer’s expense. If prime prep made a mistake with your order, we will arrange an exchange free of cost, as long as the products intended to be exchanged have not been opened.
